Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils derived from plants such as trees, fruits, herbs and flowers. These plant oils have specific effects on the mind, body and spirit. Following a detailed consultation, the therapist mixes a blend of oils appropriate for each individual. The oils are then applied by means of an aromatherapy massage which will take between one and one and a half hours. The massage can be aimed at specific health issues or can be designed in a more general way to uplift, relax or invigorate.
