Do you want to gain control of your life and loose a few pounds! Then I'd recommend this book by Robin Sieger - and for maximum impact, a series of Ionic Detox treatments You know how it is - you enter a bookshop and that certain book just leaps off the shelf at you. Now I am a self-help book fanatic. But like most of my fellow companions I usually read the book, put it on the bookshelf and then later sell it on Amazon. Not this time. I picked up "42 Days to Wealth, Health and Happiness" by Robin Sieger a little over a month ago. Since then I have given up alcohol, parred my diet down to only healthy natural foods, exercised, meditated, written a journal and started the day at 6am every day (well I have to admit to starting the day as late as 7am once or twice and eating 2 chocolate coated almonds!). 32 Days into the challenge I have lost 10lb in weight and achieved goals that have been sitting on my notepad for the last 18 months. I've found about 6 extra hours in the day - and as a result don't feel pressured or rushed any more. Seiger gives a 7 point plan which really seems to work. My other half has suggested the book should be called "42 days to achieving an air of superiority" - as he's beginning to tire of my extolling the benefits! Interestingly I've combined this regime with a series of Ionic Detox treatments by Diana Walsh - a WHCPG member. And yes I do feel much more energetic than normal. I do get tired in the evening - but it' only natural. Diana's detox treatment involves a wonderful foot bath which is a combination of saline solution into which a current runs followed by a lovely foot massage This electrical current stimulates the cells of the body to optimal resonance. Now I'd have to ask Diana for a better technical explanation. The leaflets for the treatment make a number of claims from helping people to loose weight, to clearer skin and more energy. I can say that I have achieved all three of these things. It's hard to separate out how much of that is due to the detox treatments and how much is due to the Robin Sieger routine - but it's certainly a winning combination. Caroline Wilson Yoga and Fitness |
