Why should you take time out to have a treatment? Life is busy and there are great demands on you from work, studying, traveling, household chores and family needs. Surely there are more important things to do than indulge oneself with a treatment........?

Let me tell you of an ancient Chinese fable....

Many years ago when the earth was populated with trees, a humble woodcutter was so busy cutting trees that he didn't have time to stop to sharpen his axe.  The axe got blunter and blunter and it slowed the wood cutter down and made his job even harder.  His wife tried to persuade him to take time to stop and sharpen his axe but he ignored her and eventually he became too ill to continue.

Had he taken time to stop and sharpen his axe he would have been able to continue his woodcutting more efficiently and faster with less stress on himself and would have continued for much longer. A lesson we can all learn from!

If we are like the woodcutter and never stop to re-charge, we too will become slower, less efficient and our immune system less able to keep our bodies healthy.

So even if you don't have a particular problem to address, just by taking time out for a monthly treatment can achieve so much by  re-charging the batteries.  If you are feeling stressed and run down, then again, don't just struggle on but seek out a therapist.  By discussing with them your problems you can find a treatment that will best address your needs  and over time you will be surprised at the cumulative effect it can have on your well being.
