Membership Application and Renewal

If you would like to join us or renew your membership, then please take the time to fill out the application form and return it to us by post together with a copy of your insurance to practice and a cheque made payable to Welwyn Hatfield Therapists to:

Full membership costs £38 per annum and associate membership costs £20. This will entitle you to attend out meetings without paying the normal guest fee of £3.
