Reflexation: A Day of Reflexology, Yoga and Massage - 13th October 2006

Massage therapist and reflexologist Diana Walsh and Karmic Living yoga teacher Caroline Wilson present a fun, friendly and relaxing day of reflexology, yoga and massage. Over 70 people have now attended Diana and Caroline's wonderful yoga and massage days. This new day combines a wonderful venue, with the addition of reflexology and meditation to an already widely enjoyed day.

Friday 13th October 2006, 10.30am - 4.30pm,
Niland Conference Centre, Rosary Priory, Bushey Heath

Participants will enjoy a full day starting with a morning uplift yoga session. After a mid-morning break there will be a short talk on reflexology. The group will then pair up for a practical reflexology session. During the lunch break attendees can choose to join the optional meditation session, and all will have time to enjoy the beautiful gardens of the Rosary Priory and eat lunch in the peaceful refectory. In the afternoon a seated head, neck and shoulder massage is taught and the day is concluded with a relaxing chill out yoga session. 

This blissful day can be experienced for £50, or for groups of 4 or more there is a special discount at £45 a head. Tea, coffee and our famous homemade cakes are included.  However, to keep the price down lunch is not included.
