Pelvic Correction

pelvic-correction

Pain in the back, hips, shoulders and knees, as well as other musculo-skeletal problems, is frequently due to pelvic instability and misalignment.

Pelvic misalignment can be corrected by a visit to an osteopath or chiropractor, but the pelvis does not stay in alignment. As well as current pain and discomfort, this can lead to serious longer-term problems (such as hip replacement).

The ABSPC is an effective and well proven system for diagnosing and correcting pelvic misalignment. Simple exercises which take just a few minutes each day enable individuals to correct and maintain pelvic alignment after initial treatment and instruction.
